Although Sandy will be returned to the mansion, there's a current vote in progress to see how much further her feminization will go.
So far, the Platinum Star members are giving her the works: Hormones, facial feminization, and breast implants.
Yikes! I'm not sure Sandy will appreciate this... But I bet Josh will. π
