The more he dived deeper into womanhood, Cleo starts to become a real woman like liking a guy from his/her job, having a female friend that share each other issues, and embracing her emotional and nurturing side. The more Jill embrace her womanhood, like being emotional and nurturing, Jack will be harder to come back. He is dimishing into the mind of Jill.

I have a feeling she might have known her at some point or notice that she might be a spy working undercover for someone who use to try have sex with Holly in the past (Mr. Davis). I bet Davis is trying to get Jill to himself just like he almost did with Holly. Meanwhile, Jill is letting more and more of feminine side getting better of her judgement by trusting a girl she just met.
