I started a workout to get a snatch waist.
Muscles I didn't know existed hurts.
Now you may say that I already have a small waist, wich is true, but it's "skinny fat".
It means skinny but no muscle lol.
And it's not really good for my health, I get out of breath super quickly.
I like to make smoothie with banana and a full soup spoon of Nu3 chocolat taste protein with oat milk before workout โก
I tried kiwi/banana today but it was awful.
Then I workout the abs for 15 min, everyday.
