B2P Follow Up + F1ARE?
Added 2025-09-28 19:55:04 +0000 UTCHiii - just sharing my thoughts on some of the stuff happening post-finale since I was so hungry by the end of the reaction and I also needed time to marinate and collect my thoughts. Nothing dramatic haha.
I am refraining from talking about how each member fits in the group because at this point, we need to wait for their debut and see what they have in store for us, which I'm really excited about!
For ZB1 fans -- reminder I will be reacting to their tour this coming week.

2025-10-07 04:08:48 +0000 UTCIn the midst of watching the video — was reading the comments and had some thoughts! (Before I start, I just want to say that the loud hate that we see is the MINORITY. Give the haters a couple months; they’ll get tired and move onto hating something else.) In this case, all the hate towards Ald1 coming from f1are fans makes me even more excited for what Ald1 is going to do and makes me not want to root for f1are. What’s that saying, born from the fire? The Ald1 members have everything going for them; they’re well-rounded, they’re visually very cohesive, and I honestly have no doubt that they’re going to come out the gates guns blazing. Mind you, only half of my personal line up made it (my lineup was: Sangwon, Jiahao, Xinlong, Junmin, Donggyu, Kangmin, Anxin, and I loved Woojin’s voice / I also started liking leejeong after the finale) and I will no doubt be following them on their journeys, wherever they end up — Stan verivery and whib! I’m also looking forward to the C spin off — my lineup is honestly already locked there 😂 Kaiwen, Sen, Zheyi, Jiang Fan (if he’s there), Suren, Zihao, Boheng, Bowen, and Hengyu!

I was upset that Junmin, Donggy, and Kangmin didn't make it, but after sleeping on it I don't mind anymore. Mnet is partly to blame about the intense response people had. 1. like you mentioned announcing the C-spin out right after, 2. promoting/showcasing certain trainees more than others had people develop deep connections to them to only end up not debuting them like Junmin, Donggyu, and Kangmin. But, another party to be blamed are Kpop stans, the amount of hateful comments I've seen about the group that made their debut is insane. People are crossing the line just to left up their faves. I like a lot of the trainees that didn't make it, but their fans are making them look really bad right now. Now hot take, if Mnet really debuts another group, the would be the most evil and money hungry move I've seen a company do. It would be an invitation to limitless comparisons and flood of hate to the trainees. It would also make the whole show seem useless. And frankly it's disrespectful to those who made it, because you can't promise them something and have them work so hard for it only to promote those who didn't make it instead.

Since Mnet knows that a lot of knetz are not happy with the final line-up, they want to prevent a group like F1are debuting so that ALD1 is not overshadowed by the eliminated contestants. I might be wrong, but this is the most plausible reason I can think of if this article is true, which coming from Dispatch I'm 98% sure it is.

2025-10-01 15:20:33 +0000 UTCThe group I wanted to debut as a dream team after b2p is: Arctic, Nian Bo Heng, Andrew, Yoon Min, Haneum, Junmin, Donggyu, Leejeong, Kangmin, Zihao, Suren if it's a cute concept: Liyu, Woojin, Yunseo, Masato, Sen I am personally happy with the ALD1 line-up because they were literally my 8 picks, so I manifested that like there was no tomorrow. I would have liked Junmin to be a 9th member, but unfortunately that did not happen. I am curious about what they Will bring to the table and hope that the repertoire music wise, is good (chains level good).

I still don't think I will be stanning ALD1, I likely will tune in for their debut and maybe their comebacks as well if the music slaps, and I do wish them the best! However, I am more-so excited for F1are though since two of my top picks are being pushed in this group lol. I have been holding onto a lot of hope and prayers for this to happen, but then I get on Twitter/X today and see an Dispatch article regarding the contract between ALD1 and CJ ENM/MNET, and it's not just the debut lineup members, it also about the contestants who DID NOT make it into ALD1 and how they have complete control over them as well. This is a summary of what was in the article: "Unlike earlier Mnet project groups with shorter terms (Wanna One – 1.5 years, ZEROBASEONE – 2.5 years), Boys II Planet contestants face a much stricter deal: a 5-year exclusive contract with CJ ENM/WakeOne plus an extra year of “special activities,” totaling 6 years. Members of the debut group ALPHA DRIVE ONE can only promote under CJ ENM during this period, with no solo or outside work allowed. The most controversial detail is that CJ ENM also holds full control over contestants who did not debut—meaning even eliminated trainees are blocked from joining other groups or debuting under their own companies until CJ ENM allows it." I don't know how accurate this is, but considering Dispatch posted it, I think I'm gonna go crawl into fetal position and cry my eyes out because what!? Like I am so confused, I don't remember them ever doing anything like this in the past seasons?? PLEASE GIVE US F1ARE. I NEED THIS LINEUP. 😭

They're saying he's to cocky for putting hands in his pants pockets (Those pants don't even have pockets btw, he was holding them up so he doesn't trip), for not holding the mic with both hands (Again I'm utterly speechless) and for not crying apparently.....

Just yesterday people started spreading a fake dating rumor regarding Leo (The one who captured the picture last year has said it's not LEO and also the same picture was used last year for Jennie and V rumor too). That post for Leo already has 5M views on korean X with people shitting on him (Mind you, most of them know it's not LEO but they want to hate so they will anyhow). Similarly, they posted pictures of Leo and Sangwon in the club or pubs with their friends and calling them all sorts of slurs (They're both legal adults and Sangwon was literally a DJ there), that post gained million views and people shitting on them too. Like...I get it you wouldn't like it if your pick didn't make it but hating and spreading false rumors is PSYCHO behaviour. Also there is a whole page on twitter "ALD1_OUT" (Korean..again) which has like 6k followers and they're even preparing to send funeral wreaths to LEO for that dating rumor (It's proven fake btw). This is literally the same shit they did to Seunghan last year and I'm just baffled. Do these people not have jobs or a life? Why can't they just let the group be in peace and support their picks in a respectful manner? Is it really that hard? All the homophobia I've seen towards Junseo, Sinophobia extreme towards Xinlong...how do people even have this much hate stored inside of them??!!! And acting like Sanghyeon would get bullied in the group (Mind you, Leo literally loves that kid like he birthed him, and so do the rest of the members). People really need to go out and touch some damn grass and breathe fresh air because all this hate towards a group that was formed like 3 days ago is getting insane.
