So when he's sitting there fanboying over Suho, he's nearly a full decade his junior, and I think that's downright amazing, because he's able to absolutely hold his own alongside him. He's so incredibly talented himself, and to be hosting a show like this is ... outstanding. That said, Suho seemed slightly less comfortable than Kihyun, but like he warmed up through the course of the show. They're both wonderful vocalists. I'm more familiar with Kihyun because Monbebe, and him singing jazz, in English, like a native speaker just blows me away. He's become so much more fluent in English anyway, and for him to demonstrate such a huge proficiency for it, to feel comfortable singing that way, in a genre that is far outside his norm is a huge flex. I would LOVE to get a Monsta X jazz tune/album. I think Kihyun could obviously rock that, but I think that having a lounge sound would suit our Jooheon and I.M, too, and I think Hyungwon might find a little bit of hidden extra talent to show us in that format. They're already a gentleman's group (with a bit of a naughty vibe, and thank you!), so that style would suit them, I think. I love the breakdown, and talking about technique and availability of range/tone that you bring, Jeff. Thank you!
