Stray Kids | NO EASY | Full Album Reaction/Review

For those that don't follow me on social media, SURPRISE! I'm doing a test run for full album reactions for a few of the groups I follow. I am so new at this so please let me know how I did!
I also had my earphones on so the album audio is as clear as they can be but that means that I had to sync my reactions blind (since the audio is in my ear and can't be heard on the camera, I have no indication for alignment except my head bops LOL), so just an fyi if some of my bops aren't as sync to the rhythm - I tried to sync as much as I can!
PS. I'm currently only doing newly released albums that I have not listened to.

2021-08-25 20:55:36 +0000 UTCI think I.N. has been really clearly influenced by Seungmin's style of singing and that's why he sounds pretty similar! To me, Seungmin has a richer tone and I.N.'s is sharper. Hyunjin's vocals Killed Me in this album. Pretty much all the songs where he was prominent were my faves.

As for songs, my favorite are Cheese, Domino and Red Lights. You should definitely watch the video for Red Lights if you haven't seen it yet. It was surprising to me how different Thunderous is, when you listen to it without the video.

They just do whatever suits the song so if in one song Hyunjin sound better in a singing part, that's what he does. And if in another song he sounds better in a rap verse, that's what he does. Since they produce their own tracks they don't really have set positions and do whatever they want. I can't choose a favourite track from the album but Cheese, Thunderous, Domino and SSICK are definitely personal favourites because they're diss tracks lol and get me hyped up 😂

2021-08-24 20:40:54 +0000 UTCOh my god the way I freaked out when you said Red Lights was a sex song and that it sounded like 50 shades of Grey 😭 THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THEY WENT FOR. So while making this song, Hyunjin listened to the beat and said it sounded like it was from Fifty shades of grey 😂

I truly enjoyed your reaction (especially Red Lights) it really feels you enjoy it as much. Drunk reaction next? Lol. I love most songs, but I vibe with Secret Secret. I’m not good with words but I’m always here for your reactions especially SKZ. With that said, I hope you check out Kingdom Week it’s half an hour per episode only. I already know you will have fun and it’s perfect to know their personality more and how super close they are to each other. Love them.

2021-08-24 20:25:07 +0000 UTCWow! Was never expecting this! Thank you Jeff! I'm so glad you have been noticing Seungmin & I.N's vocals lately. They've both improved so much since debut and Seungmin especially since that Kingdom performance (he's mentioned a few times that he had vocal trainers help him in 'transitioning his voice') not sure what that means exactly but ever since then all his vocal moments stand out to me. I.N's been improving immensely as well, he does a lot of song covers through SKZ-Record and I can't help but appreciate his voice so much. Stray Kids are my ult group so of course I've been listening to this album nonstop since it dropped, even now it's really hard to choose favorites! As of right now, Sorry I Love You, Silent Cry, Red Lights and Domino are standouts for me but I'm sure that's subject to change in the future. Can't wait for your reaction to the comeback show 👀
