Michael here. Filip is very busy working on the last tracks for the Seven Dooms for Sandpoint album for Paizo, so I'll share what he did myself. It's probably by far the best OST he ever composed (or possibly the best OST ever made for a TTRPG campaign. I'm not the one who composed it, so I can say it, it's not pretentious). However, it requires all of his brainpower.
