Some more sequences where cartoonish eyes look over a big son's hairy muscled ass, and then stuff it, to the point where the son mutates into a self indulgent muscle freak, wanting hyper stimulation, stuffings, and out of control growth, his throat and face bulging out in every way.
This is among my weirdest ideas, and they might spiral out of control next month! (Hint as to future ideas I've already done)
