WET NIGHTMARES - Chapter 3 - UPDATE 06

Hey everyone, Erkerut here.

I apologize for the delay in this week's update. The holiday season has me running around like crazy, scrambling to find money to buy gifts for my loved ones, but hey, it's progress. Four years ago this time, I was furious because I couldn't even afford a box of chocolates for my family. I'm definitely not where I wanted to be at 36 at all, but I have no choice but to keep working hard to finally achieve my dreams.

Lately, I haven't earned nearly enough money to keep the studio going, but instead of complaining or asking you all to donate more, I prefer to work even harder and offer you the best content I can. So, let's get to this week's recap.

To start, I was sure I'd finish 10 images this week, but obviously, that didn't happen. I only managed to finish three, and that's because I've reached the point where only the most difficult images remain, but I want to believe that next week will be better for the proggress. Honestly, I'm not unsatisfied with the results of the images, and I think that's a big improvement for someone as stupidly perfectionistic as me.

Plus, I already have the foundations for the rest of the images well-structured, which saves me a lot of time.

There are only 16 images left to finish to complete all the images for the second update of Chapter 3, and yes, I know the first update hasn't been released yet, but we've been having problems with the audio files. For some reason, they aren't working as they should, and although the sounds are there, the game isn't loading them. But once that small bug is fixed, we'll finally have the first update available with all the audio and image assets ready for you to enjoy.

I finally have access to the code for chapters 1 and 2 and the knowledge to modify it, so you'll see subtle improvements in those chapters, and I'll definitely add more images to both chapters with the chapter 4 update.

And to be honest, another reason I was only able to make 3 images all week is because I've been working on a very big surprise that will be available with chapter 3, and I'm sure you'll love it.

So, IN SUMMARY:

- I finished 3 new images this week.

- I finished the well-structured sketches for all the remaining images.

- 16 more images to complete the batch of images for the second update.

- I'm working on a surprise for all of you that will be available with chapter 3.

- There are some issues with the code, so the sounds in chapter 3 aren't loading, and we're fixing them.

- As soon as we fix the audio problem, the first update will be released.

So yeah, that's what happened this week so far, and now I need to do my best to finish the most pics I can this next week, even with Holydays.
