Devoid might be an incarnate of Sloth, but that doesn't mean he can't eat. In fact, due to his slothful disposition, if he's being fed by someone else, it's practically impossible for him to work up the strength to stop them. (of course, it's consensual when he's with Pagan).
And being an incarnate of Gluttony, Pagan delights in not only stuffing himself, but others, and especially Devoid.
Thus, the two of them regularly engage in stuffing and glutting themselves during 'date night'. Devoid lets Pagan stuff him as much as he wants and as payment, Pagan strips away all the bloat and weight in the morning.
Also, as a side note, Devoid never gains weight anywhere than his belly. No one is quite sure why that is, but it's believed to be because he's a Sloth. No one knows why being a Sloth would affect his weight gain, but it's the only theory that makes any sense...even if it doesn't really make any sense at all.
