I would have to throw in Elsa from Frozen, since she didn't really get to "experience childhood" per se. One of the servants of the castle thought she should try to get the feeling, so dresses her up and hypnotizes her to be a kid out trick or treating. Residents in Arendelle are shocked "My queen?! Is that you??" Alternate Version is non-hypno, Where Anna wants to get those fun times as kids again and convinces Elsa to dress up in ABDL ice witch costume to go trick or treating with her. Elsa just is like "you can't be serious, I am a queen for goodness sakes" then is convinced to do it and she is flustered and embarrassed. Then the residents are shocked.

Giselle and Bambietta (specifically her "zombified" form where she's being hypnotized) from Bleach pamped up, dressed up like witches. They'd be trick or treating, and Bambietta would leashed and have very obvious spiral eyes.

I think a fun idea for the scenario would be for yugioh monsters Ghostrick Socuteboss (padded up) and Ghost trick jackfrost (with a diaper bag version of his bag) trick or treating together, and socuteboss messes her big diapers with jack frost getting ready to change her as they are on a sidewalk with a big haul of candy.

It would be fun to see someone (maybe an OC you create) dressed up as Chun Li, accidentally get more than they bargain for when they Trick or Treat at a pervy witch's house. For something a little more personal, how about Casandra handing out candy, dressed up as Bayonetta from Bayonetta 1

a Draenei or Sayaadi as for the scenario hmm well Sayaadi are always up to no good though . . . wait I got an idea a Draenei out trick or treating as a Sayaadi while an actual Sayaadi sees them and is stunned or annoyed or is in a mischievous playful mood.
