Patreon Changes

Hey! I'm dealing with some overwork issues and want to make more use of this patreon without working myself to death! I'm thinking about making some changes to the current tiers and adding a new one to try and pull in some meaningful money from this page if possible.
I'd love to hear the opinions of the people currently on my patreon since I have difficulty marketing myself most of the time.
So I've been talking with my SO and think I have an inkling of a possible plan going forward, but I would love to hear your thoughts on it and your ideas for what I could do better.

Currently the tier one just qualifies you for nonwatermarked work that I release on patreon early and for stream sketches.
Ideally, I'd like to rework this tier so that it also allows you to see my sketches and WIP stuff for commissions, that'd give me more of a reason to not only sketch for myself but also to show off my sketches and unfinished work as I work on it. I very rarely get time to practice just for practices sake and being able to know that it's going towards earning that 2 dollar subscription would mean so much to me.

Tier 2 is the current highest tier I offer, and it basically gets you everything from tier one plus exclusive art and that 10% discount.
Now I do like where it is right now but I've been having some difficulties on my current schedule really delivering on this and my other projects in the way I want to. So for my changes to Tier 2, I'd want to slow down and pace myself on my comics a bit and do them a couple pages a month in a complete format, rather than take a couple evenings once a month to destroy myself drawing 8 pages at once (which is what I did this month) I'd also let them decide if they wanted me to finish any of those aforementioned sketches as an exclusive patreon pic for the month so I can be sure I always hit the mark on doing an exclusive you guys want to see. The 10% discount would stay the same of course, I'd just have a little more of an easy time working on my projects without having to sacrifice a bunch of commissions work.

Finally, we have no current tier 3, but I would like to add one in the price range of 8 to 10 dollars my current idea for it is to give tier three patrons polling power on what comics I do next, with their months of subscription giving them extra votes. I'd also want to give them priority completion on their commissions for me and maybe some more perks if you peeps have some good ones in mind.

I also really need to advertise my patreon more, so I apologize for the annoyance but I'll probably be doing it atleast twice a month to try and drum up some more support.
