MY 2ND SKETCHBOOK IN LIFE (2007-2009)

By that time, I had already graduated from high school and had been working in comics for a while. I also took a year-long photography course at a vocational school, and the photos in this sketchbook were taken during that period.
I always wanted to study fine arts when I was a kid, but due to financial constraints, I could only manage a year of photography classes. Nonetheless, I learned a ton and really enjoyed that year. Unfortunately, the school has since shut down, but flipping through this sketchbook brings back so many memories.

這是我在2007至2009年間製作的sketchbook。
當時我已經從中學畢業，並從事漫畫工作好一段時間，其後我又在一所職業訓練學校修讀了攝影課程一年，筆記本裡的相片都在那段時期拍的。
小時候一直渴望修讀美術，可是因為沒錢的關係，我只能應付一年的攝影課程。即使如此，那一年我學到了很多，也度過了非常快樂的時光。
可惜那間學校已經結業了，但翻看這本Sketchbook， 讓我想起了很多美好回憶。

i love the use of yellow throughout -- especially the mustard packet -- but your use of that color stood out to me in this book. 2007-2009 seems so far away now -- but this transported me right back. Your sketchbook feels like a scrapbook of aesthetic and culture from that time. It felt like a nostalgic treat. <3
