Hi all - here is a bit of info from an upcoming game:

Decided to show some stuff from the first part of the game that im working on. The game is a visual novel about guy that goes to work in a base that has something to do with mechs repairments.

I decided not to post the whole game when it will be finished (so it wont take forever), but post may be 2 chapters separated.

This is a sketch video is from the first chapter. You probably already seen this character - "trucker". He is the first character you will meet in the game. You will encounter him at the beginning, when you lost your way and confused (because the base you going to work in, located in a faraway location and you got confused with all those roads simply because you never travelled in such a long distance).

His trucks stops at your bus stop in the middle of nowhere, and after a bunch of interesting situation (couple of dialogues, stop at the gas station where you see him going to the bathroom, etc.) you will end up with this screen where you will be allowed to play with his huge tool. :P

So...the first chapter will be an introduction to the world and story + 1 daddy encounter. I thought trucker wont be a "romancable character" but now i decided to make him a character from a very first chapter...sort of like... a tutorial character. You will be able to avoid all scenes and make it clean...if you want that, i guess!

(i dont think there will be that many "effects" sounds in the game - im planning to make just a sound of faraway cars/road in this scene)

The first name of the game is "Metal Vent".
