Weekly HABITS Post 10/22-10/29

ANOTHER WEEK ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO BE BETTER. We must be specific about our habits so that we understand what we need to do and how we're going to do it. Our habits put us on the path to our goals. This week put 3-5 of your habits in order from the last thing you do before you fall asleep the night before to the first 2-3 things you do when you wake up.

Below are 3 Habits of mine being maintained or added this week:

1. No Phone last 30mins before sleep 12:30am and reflect on day.

2. Wake Up 7:30am Brush teeth

3. Listen to a podcast for 30mins to get brain going

4. Go to gym

1. Write down objectives for the day 2. Read instead of scrolling on phone 2. Workout 3. Code/study Nighttime 1. Put up work clothes 2. Clean dishes that are left in my room 3. Clean and organize my room. 4. Sleep before 1:00 so I can get at least 6 to 7 hours of sleep
