W.I.P #97 - Ren

hey guys, took me a little longer to get started on the next project than expected - yesterday was more or less a rest/brainstorming day since i was still dealing with enough pain to make focusing on animating a herculean effort. but now that im all rested up (albeit still achy as fuck (but also too lazy to grab any painkillers so i really can't be complaining)), I've gotten a concept for the next animation all figured out. the time for animated fish destruction has come.

was holding off on animating them since the clothes were still in the process of getting rigged - but now the model's all set and ready to roll. and i figured since they'd been paired with leah before, this'd be a good excuse to include her in something again

although i was gonna get started on the yukizard thing, i decided to put that project on the back burner for a little since i'm probably gonna redo it from scratch (the pose was alright, but i think i can do better - not to mention the camera angle/shot felt pretty basic), i'll likely get around to working on it after this animation or whenever i need to refresh my brain during the process of making this.

not much else to say at the moment, but i hope you like this little concept so far! a good portion of the setup is already finished, so animating this shouldn't be very time-consuming. ill try to get an animated preview ready for you guys in the next couple of days, so keep an eye out for that :] till then, i'll be getting back to it. see you guys again soon!
