Phoebe Mod

I read the comments about those wanting a fix for the CarlottaNPC mod. I was waiting for the new patch, but it seems they're not using that version anymore so you can delete that mod.

If the original clothes can be changed into something like a sailor suit (navel exposed) (down half boob)so that half of the chest can be seen, that would be perfect! Of course, this is based on your availability.
