Billing change (existing patreons unaffected)

I've just gotten the option to enable "subscription" billing, which charges on the day you sponsor, then again one full month later instead of on the 1st of the month. This will only affect new patreons from this point onward. Everyone else is already on a cycle beginning on the first of each month.
