As a few people have brought it up in chat, the West isn't any different when it comes to its adult shows. Though it's obvious what separates the West and East, massively. Dunno if anyone still remembers The Simpsons Movie, but they had a scene where they showed Bart's small ween. Some adult shows like Drawn Together and Family Guy have incest, too. As far as things go, Japan's got that.

2022-01-22 10:28:38 +0000 UTCGotta say, KoL has terrible judgement in the Made in Abyss segments. His concern was for the water bugs that Riko KNEW were indication of clean water. The hippo was the danger, not the bugs. Riko's an immature kid, but significantly smarter than KOL gives her credit for. Including the part where Riko consciously told Reg to cut below the elbow, we can easily conclude that she's more competent than KOL at survival lol.
