Bird Tricks (or Treats) - November Story Prompt

A Halloween Story (only one month late! :v). Koril getting the bird treatment. I took a few artistic liberties to make him fit with the story I wanted to tell. Once again, ended up way longer than intended so I'm just going to aim for regular story length with these things, I guess.

Koril runs into the real Phen wearing the shredded remains of a snake costume that decidedly didn't fit, and she vaguely offers to "help make his costume more accurate."
