This is a story of a man visiting a country where homosexuality is punishable by a bizarre, overly erotic arrest. Men who are determined to be gay are immediately stripped on the spot, put into chastity and a dog hood, and then sold off to the highest bidder. Our unfortunate protagonist, Phil, is the latest gay boy to fall prey to this law.
