Hello, everyone!
I had a really great time at AnimeNYC! I got to chat with comic friends, meet new people, and of course, thank awesome Patreon members! (Thank you so much for the amazing Juan drawing, Fenix!😘 )
I started decorating my table with this little "shrine".. Whenever I receive little gifts and such at the event, I have been adding them on. (The little kerchief is by the amazing and super sweet Gatzos )
I was able to meet Gearous for the first time! They were so unbelievably sweet and they gave me such a warm and good hug, I felt so comforted!🤗💕 It was such a blissful experience!
The artist Tatouji came all the way from Chile and brought vegan mayo for me?! Ah, he is so sweet!

I was able to have some really nice chats at this con! The AA seemed well organized and I will definitely try for AnimeNYC again in the future. (It sure helps that it's local, too!)
My trip to Japan is this Friday (The Kaigai Manga Festa event is on 11/25), and I will be gone for a week while I'm there, but I don't have con plans coming up after this! (I plan on taking it easy with cons for now so I can focus on Pain Killer and finishing up the next Starfighter chapter.)

I love Japanese food so I would absolutely gain several hundred pounds if I went over there. 😂 It's really cool that you plan to focus on Pain Killer/Starfighter, make sure to take breaks though and look after yourself! I am terribly sorry I was unable to attend, truly, sincerely. You should totally write more little entries!! It is nice to hear what you think and to see the cool people you've met, the gifts you've been given, and the things you have seen .♡. I am still sore about my plans falling through and being unable to attend like I had wished. I lost my wallet in the city the night before my birthday (the fifth) and getting everything back together; a new license, new debit cards, new school ids, and turning 29 all just.. sucked the energy out of my effort-battery. . 🌸🌸🌸 Japan is so soon for you now!! That is going to be so much fun!! do take a lot of pictures and if you can visit Nara Temple, do! it's beautiful and the deer 🦌 can get frisky for treats. What places are you going to visit? I'm so excited for you! 💮🌸🗻
