I am also a nervous inker!ππ I don't have as much experience with it, so I feel more insecure.. I did a few warm-ups before doing this (and lots of mistakes) so maybe that helped me loosen up a bit? I love the feeling of drawing with ink, I rely on my eraser so much when I'm drawing in pencil so when I go straight in with ink it always feels almost rebellious and my heart beats really fast because if I make a mistake it would be hard to correct. π π Living on the wild side! π Your drawing style looks fab in ink, especially the red colour. I'm glad I'm not the only one with "well-loved" tools!
