Helping Me Edit- Public Beta reading
Added 2023-09-04 03:18:08 +0000 UTCAfter being offered a beta reading position by a follower of mine a month ago free of charge, I declined because I felt bad about not paying someone to do god's work for me.
After thinking about it, I thought of another method in which volunteers are free to help me if they wish (the volunteers being all of you) where I will create a single google docs with a link giving permission to 'suggest' to everyone I share it with.
Here I will copy and paste a single raw chapter before the scheduled release date so that you guys can hop on and read it as an early access to an early access (weird, I know) and have the option to spot any mistakes and highlight it for me to deal with, or you can just read an extra chapter for free without needing to do anything at all. (I thought this would be a win-win for both of us)
This will help me tons as often times even though I try to get in at least one pass through before I post a chapter, my eyes just skim over obvious mistakes like they aren't there.
Although if there are too many suggestions, it may end up a bit chaotic, but we'll see how it goes.
