Sorry, last comment I swear. I hate how stupid they are making Daemon right now. He's not dumb, yet he lets some sketchy witch woman talk all kinds of nonsense to him as he continues to take food, drinks, and medical aid from her even after having all sorts of weird dreams and hallucinations. He's not smart enough to connect the dots? Naw. If she's not poisoning him, then it's obviously the curse of Harrenhal, but I'm leaning more towards this witch being nefarious and causing all this.

I love to see Alicent's tears and her face over the last few episodes when she realized she was wrong. And now losing power and influence. She also must be feeling pretty bad after her final interaction with Aegon. Basically called him a buffoon who should be seen and not heard, and do "nothing." Could you imagine potentially losing a child knowing your last words to them had implied he was stupid and worthless. Oh, and lets not forget that waste of human space Criston Cole. Can't wait to see his downfall.

Eww. I forgot about the transition of finding out that Daemon was with his mom with the red fluid on her neck, to the creamy white with a few drops of red fluid that they were eating. Clever, but eww, gross.

I can't believe that Aegon is alive (although in a coma) and they killed off my girl Rhaenys (sp?)!

I watched this with my husband, and when they first began to parade the dragon's head through the streets and thought it was a baaaad look. Shows people that the dragons can be killed (similar to how Cercei was smart enough to realize when Dany only brought two dragons to the meeting about the white walkers that they could be hurt or killed) and could give the common folk some glimmer of hope to overthrow or use their strength in numbers to fight back and get food at the very least. Right after I said this to my husband, I heard someone say it was a bad omen, the younger guy of the duo said he thought dragons were gods, and then the other guys said they were just meat. Maybe to eat, but I also took this to mean that dragons are beasts like everything else and can be killed.

Baela turning down the throne to Driftmark made zero sense to me. I get she has no experience with sailing and such but it's war and your house is trying to gain power and castles.
Also Rhaenyra not wanting to try to have Rhaena pair with a dragon again.

Finding more riders is a good move, but at the same time they would essentially be giving someone outside the family a nukeπ«£

This is the second time this season we got Daemon's 'Surprised Pikachu' face because his reputation of being totally terrible has resulted in people doing totally terrible things in his name and it blowing up in his face.

Say what you want about Alicent(and there is a lot) but I don't think she would outright betray her sons. Besides there is no going back now. The die has been cast.
