If you have not seen it on my DeviantArt page, (My mobile never wants to enter Patreon, I do not know the reason) there I wrote a journal talking about the new inclemency that happened to me on Tuesday this week: my computer back to broke ... yes, again, fortunately, first, I've been doing since I spent this the previous time, making multiple backups whenever I advance in a job, be it on my external hard drive or in an internet storage service, with what which, unlike the previous time, I HAVE NOT LOST ANY DOCUMENT, I emphasize it so much because I give infinite thanks for my cautious attitude; And fortunately, secondly, I already have my computer with me again, fully functional since yesterday, it is the difference that makes finding a true professional and not ending up with some idiots that don't do their job well and they go months without giving me a solution, I declare myself absolutely a fan of this person who, not only fix my computer, but at my request, has changed many already old or obscure components of my computer, leaving me a practically new and VERY FUNCTIONAL computer, with much reason this person has so many big positive reviews on Google, (That's how I met him). 

But well, as I mention, without taking into account that I have solved a very serious mishap in a short time (especially if we compare with the first time), it has certainly been a wasted week, since I practically worked, Monday, Tuesday, and today. , if I could work the rest of the week, today I would have many more things finished, sorry guys; I will try to compensate you as soon as possible.

I stay at least, with the positive that has come out of all this situation, this time I have not lost any content, program, file or similar, and although I have had to pay a certain amount of money, I have returned with a computer in Super condition optimal as I do not remember in years.

The slow fall to hell of my computer.

Here, I narrate what has happened to my machine until the situation in which we have ended, if you are interested, here I leave it written.

First event, two weeks ago, I am using my computer idly one night, well up to there, I had not noticed that the Microsoft word had been left open, I try to close it because I have already had experiences that this open program slowed down my computer, I can not, I try to force exit, nor can I, in the end, I am forced to shut down the computer forcibly, When I restart it, I see that it finally reacts and the word has been removed, thank goodness ... the problem started here, since, as a result of this event, my computer, a MacBook Pro, begins to hang momentarily at random times , without letting me do anything, and regardless of whether I'm working with my drawing program, or watching a YouTube video, the case is, it freezes me for about a minute, and then it comes back, and so every ten or fifteen minutes.

On the third day, fed up, I remove everything that I think can cause this, the Microsoft word, which was barely used, the Adobe cloud service, which also did not use it and is only removing RAM ... and so on with various things. .. nothing, the thing remains the same.

I investigate on my own, I ask on Reddit ... that if it is a Drivers problem, that if you try to restart in safe mode, I do it ... nothing, things remain the same.

Finally, I contact Apple technical support ... first time: that seems like a PRAM problem, that I try to restart PRAM and then turn it on in safe mode again, I do it ... nothing changes , the thing remains the same.

Second time to contact with that support, that to solve all kinds of problems, it is best to keep my computer updated (Fear has always given me, since each new update has always given me different problems) but I agree to do it only because of how tired I am already of this matter ... neither the App store nor System Preferences allows me to download Catalina's installer, it downloads about 700 MB and then it says that there has been a network outage or something (lie)

third time I contact them, for the above, of course, to reinstall the Catalina from the safe mode of the computer, but to make a backup of everything in case of a possible failure of connection to the internet, the electrical network, etc. . It can screw everything for me (I have no problem doing that, as I say, I already had a habit of making backups often), and I do ... and after hours and hours of downloading the installer in safe mode, and other Hours and hours of trying to install, when it reaches 75-85%, the computer stays on the white screen of death, OKEY.

The next day, I try to start the computer, I succeed, but repeat the installation of Catalina again, without ever finishing it, I restart the computer from safe mode, I succeed, there I can use Disk Utility, use first aid , repair, reformat the disk, etc. I do everything, and it tells me that the hard disk has SMART errors, that it is irreparable and that it must be replaced, OKEY, I see that Safari can be opened in safe mode, but only enter the Apple website, enough to be able to get in touch for the fourth time (Although they themselves do not know how I have been able to do that, nor do I know, nor do I care), basically, they told me to do I don't know what, I don't remember what it was anymore, but obviously I did it and it didn't work.

After that, on my mobile phone, I looked for Computer repairs, that same night, I saw this person that I mentioned in the previous section, and I saw his reviews on google, of 69, only three were very long negatives, and they had a response by him, yes, very professional response, I am convinced that these three negative reviews should be Review bombing, because all the others, said wonders of this man, and I would add to it totally.

So, the next morning, I contacted him, he confirmed that he also works with Apple computers, that same morning I took him away, he gave me free computer diagnostics, the budget of what I wanted to do to the computer plus the repair (377 euros ) and, as he promised, he had it ready for yesterday, Saturday, when I went to pick it up, he told me that the hard drive he had (the one that idiot people had installed the first time it broke) that was WORST QUALITY, which were the most easily broken, and that was undoubtedly the cause of what had happened to the computer with the update, like those people already had few points before, now, not to mention XD.

In short, everything is learned in life, I think that, when my Patreon takes off a little more, I will ask this man to put me a different battery, I do not trust that the one that these people put me has any quality.
