There’s no reason for him to know about themes or whatever for Cult this early & before watching it. As someone started, March is loosely based on HH Holmes. He built a hotel for the Chicago world's Fair in 1904(?) and used it for killing people. I believe he's considered America's first serial killer. There have been theories that he was Jack the Ripper, apparently he was in England during those murders. But may be a far fetched idea. Sarah Paulson has been in every season so far as well. In season 1 she had a small role as Billie Dean Howard, the psychic.
