Wow the acting is really good, I felt like something was off about Cate too the way the actress played the character was amazing. Also when Jordan kept scratching at their collar bone, I noticed it but the second watch I see how nice of a detail that was. I am so ready for season 2

I don't think Shetty has any powers, but that scene where Cate went crying to Shetty about how guilty she feels, they focused on Shetty stirring a cup of coffee. It reminded me of the movie Get Out where the mom hypnotized people by stirring and tapping on a cup of tea. When Emma asked Marie why she keeps scratching her neck like Tyrone Biggums, did you get that reference? It's a Dave Chappelle crack head character.
