Comments

Ah! Have you seen Freaky by the same director? That’s a good one too

Liam Kershaw-Calvert

Already seen both of them actually! I do love them

MovieFusion

Sorry state of affairs when REC gets so few votes.

Roy Koopa

Stir of Echoes (1999) is an underrated gem

Robbie Burns

Well If U Watch Interview With A Vampire Movie Maybe U Could Watch The Tv Series After?!

Jojo

I remember your comments in August 2021 from your Hereditary reaction. 1) That might've been one of the most fucked up scenes I've seen in a movie in a long time. Holy shit. 2) I can't think of a scene in a movie that I've seen that's more fucked up than what just happened there. 3) That might've been one of the most disturbing images I've ever seen in my entire fucking life in a movie. 4) What the fuck did you guys make me watch? What the fuck? What the Fuck? And that was only 1/4 of the way in to the film. I hope one of these other movies will get a similar reaction.

Arthur Fields

Have you seen Brightburn? It's about this kid who lands on earth. A married couple take him in and raise him as their own. He's like a young Superman, but not so nice.

Arthur Fields

I felt the Japanese version was more frightening. If I remember correctly, the girl from the well didn't suddenly jump out at you like in the American version. She crept up to you slowly, sort of like a slow moving zombie.

Arthur Fields

Yes I was gonna say this, one of my favourite films

Charlotte - lyra1905

The Eye (2002) - the Hong Kong/Singapore version. Not the Jessica Alba version from 2008.

Scott Kerr

One you should watch on or off camera is “as above so below”

Samantha Malohn

Agree, it was my favorite Hellraiser, followed by the original trilogy.

Arcannabist

Oh hell yes, You’re Next has the ULTIMATE final girl and it’s really a fun watch! Also I dunno if you’ve watched but The collector and The Collection go hand and hand, and are pretty suspenseful.

Arcannabist

Not entirely horror but Happy Death Day and Happy Death Day 2U are fab comedy slashers.

Liam Kershaw-Calvert

Hellraiser 2022!!

Jojo

Already seen them!!

MovieFusion

The babadook is amazing film

WolfXP

So underrated

Siti Dee

The Babadook is the first horror film I remember watching that genuinely terrified and disturbed me. I watched The Visit with my family and had such a blast with it- that's also a fantastic choice!

James Payne

The visit is a classic

Yoxxhio

Fear Street!!

Jojo

The Frighteners is a fun one if you haven't seen it yet.

ted

The Omen is amazing! Incredibly suspenseful!

Don Russell

Aw damn! hope you liked it though!

Halima

I'd have to recommend "The Orphanage" (2007). And "In The Mouth of Madness" (1994) which is a John Carpenter movie.

Scott Kerr

Nathan Early

I did see that one actually! Not for a video though unfortunately. Watched it with some friends last year.

MovieFusion

Lucky for you, I actually recently did that (already on Patreon), will be out on YouTube within a month hopefully!

MovieFusion

If you've seen the original 1960 Psycho, I'd recommend 1983's Psycho II

Nathan Early

Bellamy Blake

I havnt seen that one not sure if it’s any good though

Aiden Stoddern

I’m gonna throw Fresh (2022) into the ring

So, I have already seen The Ring from 2002, but I haven't seen the original Japanese one from 1998
