2023-08-17 05:22:07 +0000 UTCSuch a solid movie. I do agree there were some iffy acting moments in there, especially in the frat boy reality. Very dark movie though. Especially for when it came out. That scene with the dog always terrified me so bad. I knew a kid from 6th grade and through high school who really reminds me of Tommy. Beat up several people very badly and did some terrible things to animals. What's even crazier is that the time frame these things happened were the mid 90s to early 2000s same as this movie. Great ending too. The best way for everyone to come out okay was for him to never know them. I do always wonder though what if he just went back to the mailbox again, saved the lady and stayed away from the explosion.

The video he watches in that version is not of the party where he meets Kayleigh, but a video of his mom giving birth. That ending fucked me up lol, so I prefer this one.

Again, I found it so unintentionally funny I actually laughed out loud. 😭
