I wish they would have gone franchise with this. A sequel 128h were a dude must cut his leg off with a spoon in Detroit. 129h Cut Harder were dude is trapped in a forest where snake bites him to both of his hands and he must use a local bear to get his hands bitten off before poison kills him. And finally 178 hours IN SPACE!! Tagline could be copied from Alien "In space no can hear you scream". In the plot man must cut off all his limbs of inside the spacesuit and get back to earth and win his ex back by only using his teeth..
