Coming back to work early march !

I'm enjoying my rest but the urge to draw is slowly building up again !
I know it might not look like I ever worked " hard " because of how inconsistent the posts were, but I've actually been cycling between pushing forward for commissions, and exhaustion from lack of time to improve my art, for a couple years, it gnawed at the pleasure I had when drawing.
Basically I ve been in this "almost burn out" state all this time, to the point I feel a couple months of doing nothing is what I needed to recharge the battery.
I dont want to bother you too much with this, but I felt I owed you some explanation.
February payment cycle are frozen, but things should come back to normal for March !
In the meantime, please do take care of yourself, I see you soon ;)

Yeah it is similar in a way indeed, like I'm passing by all those ideas I have, sacrificing them for commissions instead, and then dealing with the frustration of not achieving what I had planned. I'm optimistic though,I've been able to draw a bit yesterday and have fun, it's timidly coming back so I'll go one step at a time ^^

2022-02-24 14:44:51 +0000 UTCI can relate to a lot of that. I wanted to draw professionally, but then other things in life get in the way, then because I hadn't put in the necessary time I didn't consider myself good enough.
