Two instances of us thinking a beloved character was hurt/killed to be relieved to find out an equally innocent person was hurt/killed in their place. But we don’t know those characters so we are happy to learn this revelation even though the same crime still happened, just to people you don’t know.

2023-02-02 04:02:55 +0000 UTCThe Haunting of Hill House was amazing. There are a few videos on youtube with titles like "The Hidden Ghosts of Hill House". It creeped me out finding out that there were ghosts on screen that I didn't even notice while watching the series.

2023-02-02 03:19:59 +0000 UTCRos (the girl who Cersei thought was Tyion's lover) was taken because of the Lion necklace around her neck. If you remember back to last season when Ros and Theon were talking one time Theon seemed jealous of the fact Tyrion gave her the necklace and Ros said "some are more generous than others." Cersei thought she was going after Tyrion's lover, but really, she wasn't. It was more bad luck Ros was wearing it and Cersei mistakenly thought she was more involved with Tyrion than just a passing fling when Tyrion was going back through Winterfell on his was back from the Wall.

2023-02-01 17:45:53 +0000 UTCI'm rewatching this and something that's jumping out this time around is how on point they are with having moments in different plot threads echo each other. Yara/Theon's big sister / little brother moment, Talisa's story about her little brother. Robb and Talisa essentially on their way to getting married, Tyrion and Shae saying an abbreviated version of the marriage vows they all use (I am yours, and you are mine). The show runners did a great job of selecting moments from GRRM's writing to build episodes around.
