It might be interesting if he started a tier ranking of who he feels is the most evil character. In the first episode he probably thought Jamie was the most evil because he pushed a little boy out of a window. Now he's thinking Joffrey. I'd like to see if his opinion changes after every season.

Craster knows his situation too and thats why he acts tough. 2. I remember your comment in the first season about some guy: "This guy is worse than Joffrey". Joffrey: "Hold my beer".
