Covid-19 is a jerk

Hey friends, I hope this post finds you all well. I know these are incredibly strange and disquieting times, and that many of us have found our work, finances, and emotional and physical well-being adversely impacted by covid-19. Some of you who follow me on Twitter may have seen my post in regards to my partner recently being laid off due to coronavirus, and so our little family has lost our primary source of income.

This along with some health concerns within my family has left me with not much time or energy to do art this past month (March), and as such, for the first time since launching this Patreon, I don't really have too much I can offer you this month. There won't be any message with a Dropbox link for March, because I didn't draw anything at all outside of the 20 Fists cover.

I run this Patreon like a tip jar, but I always, always try to make sure you folks get a decent amount of goodies in return for your pledges, because the fact that each and everyone of you is willing to toss a little coin my way month after month is something I deeply appreciate -- and I'm so sorry I don't have much to toss your way in return this month.

I am hoping to do a write-up on how I drew the ferris wheel in the 20 Fists cover with Clip Studio Paint's rulers, but I don't think I'll have that done in time to be a part of March's rewards. I know times are tough, and if this is when you decide to leave my Patreon, I totally understand and there is never any hard feelings when a patron withdraws their pledge. You take care of you and yours first!

I have high hopes I'll be back in full spring in April, with new art, more tips, and finally some new Bats in the Ring news. If you decide to hang in there with me until then, please know I am so, so grateful.
