Npc loader and phone systen.

Yesterday I was testing different ways and UI approaches for loading characters into different maps, since the code was already there but the UI was missing. And at one point of madness I said, screw it! I’m going to make a full phone system to handle that part, photos, include the hint system there, and also add some quick shortcuts to fast travel, time modifier, and later on a photo system and other features.
There was A LOT of caffeine involved in this so I hope you enjoy it! A couple of things are still missing (loading the main characters, which isn’t hard), and I still have to decide whether to use a plain file system like now for the contacts, or switch to a system with data embedded in photo files—so you could actually see the contact’s picture, or even share them among yourselves.
