Hello all everyone. I like to welcome new and old Patreon's. I hope you are having a lovely weekend. It's real hot in the UK right now, and I hope you are not melting like I am. Thanks so much for the support and lovely messages. This has been an awesome venture and you all drive me on.

Now to present the release

The scout.
Staying in enemy territory, waiting on her next target. She doesn't play well with others.

This will be a two parts print with the weapon separated. There will be a weapon variant for a 'futuristic bow'

Tech Ogrin
Has a few screws loose, but makes up for it in size and strength. Technically a slave, but who's complaining? Skulls need smashing.

She will be pretty separated. Head, arms, backpack The weapons can be switchable. Ideally some kind of projectile weapon time permitted.

The finalizing of the release is nearly here, and happy with how these gals turned out. Hope you all enjoy them. Expect them at least by the 16th July

40 - 32mm scale?

I completely forgot that the original war band released at 32mm. I have since progressed to the universal 3d print scale of 40mm upon request.

However, games like Necromunda need to be at 32mm so I will be doing some amends and releasing a version so that everything is also printable at 32mm. This will require minimal tweaking and test printing. This will also be released on the 16th July too

August release, Spire Hunters!
I want to try and do an on and off rotation between fantasy and tech, but the spire hunters theme was just too tempted.
Of course, influenced by ‘Spyre Hunters’ from Necromunda.

The Spire Hunters are futuristic assassins. Not in it for money, but for the glory, experience and savagery. Well armed and from Nobel families, each hunter has ventured to make their name, no matter how much blood needs to be spilled.

There will be at least three minis, all of which are very different. One will be a dark assassin, another ornate and almost medieval, the other a tech cowboy.
Two minis will be released at the turn of the month.

How's Gaz!?
Gaz is struggling at times. It might just be the heat, but creativity wasn't flying the past week. I feel like there is a possibility of a Patreon pause for September. I will definitely sculpt and release something technical for free on that month. In the past I did the same thing for Malenia which really helped me refresh and I might need that.
I will let you know, but honestly, all good. About to start my usual Saturday stream, if anyone likes to tune in.

All the best to yourselves and the family
-Marco, AKA Gaz

Oh ok thanks Cycy, good to know. I mean, I did a lot of research and even have been speaking to a fair of large miniature sculptor artists and they all say scale is just a bit of a free for all. I did think my old 32 was most universal, especially with my GW background. But 90% of the miniatures I checked, mostly from the most established mini creators out there. Have the scale I am using. Which (thanks for explaining) is 36. On my discord things were talked. I liked '36' and a fair few others do too, so I switched over. But intended use of these minis are for Necromunda so will be making sure they are printable at that scale of 32. Thanks again

But yes, 32mm scale is the most universal one (noc GW is _not_ the norm) and will be more likely to be use "anywhere".

There is *no* universal printing scale of 40mm: you just don't know what "scale" means... In miniatures, the scale is from the sole of the feet to the eyeline of a regular man standing up. So basically, if you model a man of about 1m80 upright ("A" or "T" pose), his eyes will be at 32mm high, and the top of his head will be a few mm higher (something like 35mm). If you think about your models mesuring around 40mm when printed, you're more around 36mm *scale*, like the most recent GW model (which are 36mm Heroic Scale, but that's another issue)...
