A little about the process
Do you ever watch your tiimelapse processes and feel like you spend most of your process in the "ugly phase"? lol! I feel like that quite a bit for these portraits. It felt like once I started coloring, they spend a lot of time not quite coming together until finally near the very end! Even when they generally seemed to flow well! Such an exercise in "trusting the process!"
As I mentioned in the art post, I feel like this one started out flowing quite well but then near the end needed to repaint and adjust a few of her facial features after some last minute feedback.
