The colors of a background can be distracting, so you can use less contrasts (I used the same color hue in this but you can use different colors), that will make the characters to "pop-up".

Los colores de fondo pueden llegar a ser demasiado llamativos, para evitar distracciones puedes usar colores con poco contraste entre si (yo usé el mismo tono de color pero tu puedes mezclar otros colores), así los personajes resaltarán más.
