I think the relationship should stay a secret, and Hinata should go to Cloud village for a period as a "delegate " just as an excuse to give birth to Ay's baby.

You could do something along the lines of Hinata feeling sort of regretful for having betrayed Naruto, and adding to that burden is the fact that she enjoyed Raikage Ay so much. Given that situation she may try to put an end to things but Raikage has other plans, and as we all know, Ay shares many things with his chosen "brother" Killer Bee, maybe quality time with Hinata could be one of those things. Perhaps Hinata could get to know the cloud and it's people more. Have you considered Darui or Omoi?

I think keeping it a secret is what make it exciting and hot. If Naruto finds out, well I get the feeling it wont be that great because then the secret gets out and the spark, the tension, the AFFAIR ends right their. I Mean I love Naruto as a character(No Homo) but he is obviously a shitty Husband for not having the time to make love to his wife from now and then. So I see this a secret punishment to him.

I think it should be a secret for now but maybe, as a side story, Naruto starts cheating on Hinata and after making up lies, they catch each other at a party or some public place with someone else.
