Sorry that you were sick and had to stream when you weren’t feeling well. Idk if it’s any consolation but this reaction vid was great (as usual. lol). Oasis are legends for a reason and while I may not break my speakers with every single song of theirs, the WTSMG album is a speaker-breaker for me from start to finish. My dad used to play this whenever we’d drive down to the beach in the old family van and “Champagne Supernova” was his favorite. It was the forever summer song and we played it at his funeral when he passed. I still think of him when I play this album, especially when “Champagne Supernova” comes on. It makes me smile and imagine him soaking in the sun with his aviators on as when cruise down the PCH with the windows down. So, for as rough as this all was for you to be sick while recording, thank you for doing so. It brought back so many good memories for me and made the holiday season bearable because we lost him December 27, 2017. This video almost felt like a wink from him as if he were saying “I’m still here kiddo.” So thank you Jerry for this.

The “When Harry met Sally” new year rewatch will definitely feel a little different this year :( On a lighter note, I’m sure Charli’s mockumentary will be great. I am a little less confident after reading her recent essay on Substack about what it means to be cool, but she’s likely not as successful at that as she would be visual media. Anyway, I loved this video!! I wonder if you’ve ever listened to the Stone Roses? They heavily inspired Oasis and I think you’d get a lot out of them. They are better in pretty much every aspect, in my opinion lol. I will request a song of theirs on the next paid stream!!! Also, funny that this was almost a Robbie Williams video when him and Oasis have a very famous beef. Anyway good stuff Bees 🐝
