#4. (Knock on a door) "come in. Tyler, please take a seat. I'm sure your wondering why your head mistress has called you into my office. I've heard rumours from the college's cheer-leading team about you."

#7 (Doorbell rings) Hi Justin! Love your Robin costume. Thank for coming for my son's Gotham themed birthday party. He's out back helping with the BBQ. Say, could you come upstairs with me and give me your opinion on my Poison Ivy costume?

#8 "Hello sir and welcome to your donation session. I'm afraid the machine is broken at the moment so I'll just have to do it the old fashioned way. I hope that'll be ok for you?"

#9 (Knock on door) "Hi there, neighbour. Just wanted to swing around again and see how you're doing. I can imagine things must be hard what with your wife away on her business trip. Anything I can... lend a hand with?"
