Friday Art Preview - 1/27/23

Today we have a new Twin Stars: Moonset character for you. This is a Human Shepherd. What I love about this illustration is that you can instantly tell that this man and his sidekick have a real bond! I like to think that these two just finished herding a bunch of sheep and are finishing their work off with a good rest. Adventurers always need to stay sharp, so don't rest too long!
For our second image of the day I'll be sharing a piece of the cover for Super Slopes. When designing the card back for Super Slopes Milan added a small skier with a snow trail behind them. This little brightly colored skier was a cute addition that brought a little character to the card backs. When it came time to illustrate the cover of the rules we looked to the cards for inspiration and settled on the idea of having a higher detailed, painted version of the small skier. We contacted an artist and quickly received this illustration. It was just the level of detail we wanted! It still looks like our cute little skier, just more fitting for a cover.
