Agropolis is live on Kickstarter! Here are your discount details.

First a quick update on everything else: Still pushing forward on our next few packages. I think ideally, we'll see 3 packages go out in October. We have parts of July, August and September all arriving.

Our newest game, Agropolis is live on Kickstarter. As a member you will receive a discount, and all of the details are below. Any questions, just ask!

So what's the game all about? 

Leaves whispering, chickens clucking, tractors  rumbling, the sounds of a bustling farm are everywhere. The countryside is blossoming and you are in charge of it all. The last team of  planners couldn’t cut it, so the farmers turned to your team, the best of the best. If anyone can turn this little farm into a flourishing  ranching community, it’s you! 

Agropolis is a standalone Sprawlopolis game. What does that mean? Well  it's more of what we built with Sprawlopolis, but instead of more cities, it's farms. It adds a few new twists (livestock and feed fees), and can be played on its own or combined with Sprawlopolis in a fun new way.

Hey everybody! It’s the moment we’ve been waiting for, the Agropolis Kickstarter is here! I am personally pretty excited for this one as I have had a chance to play it a little as I created the module. Even if this had been only 18 new goals like Sprawlopolis I would have been excited, but I really love the new experience of  the added Feed Fee. Here’s the description of Agropolis:

Having developed dream cities in Sprawlopolis, it's now time to set your sights on the rolling countryside, where farm, ranches, and roads intermingle master plan, as ever, seems just out of reach.

Agropolis is a stand-alone expansion to Sprawlopolis, bringing the same card-laying, variable-scoring gameplay into a new setting: city blocks give way to orchards, wheat fields, livestock pens, and vineyards. As before, players draw three goal cards and then attempt to place cards one at a time to create a rural tableau that best satisfies those goals. New gameplay features help offset overly-powerful scoring combos and layer additional attributes onto certain types of terrain, providing even greater depth of gameplay without satisfying the original's signature elegance.

Agropolis can be played entirely on its own, but it can also be combined with Sprawlopolis using special rules and goal cards provided in the combo pack mini-expansion.

This module will only include the Agropolis base game (no Sprawlopolis or Combopolis). We will be playing this at the end of the week on Friday (Oct. 2nd) at 8pm EST.
