Pax is done. Now we catch up on everything!

Hello Patrons!

Sorry for any delay in message responses. I’ve been at Pax East since last Wednesday and just got home yesterday afternoon. It’s been a full week of setup, convention and travel, and now I need to get everything assembled and into storage before the next con. 

It went very well though, so it’s all worth it. It’s just such a small operation here that my inbox just piled up during the con. There are no cons for a long time now, so I’m working very hard to catch up on everything here.

I'm planning on a full Pax recap post, but work comes first, so let's talk about that. :)

Attn: New Supporters

One thing that I’ve seen a handful of messages about is the new member content missing from the February packages. I had a method of determining if someone was new or not, and after getting the messages it has proven that my method didn’t work. I was looking at your reward level and your lifetime support, which shows how much you are pledging and how much you have pledged over time. And the issue was two-fold. 1) If you left and came back, you weren’t showing as a new supporter, and 2) the lifetime amount wasn’t locked in from the time that the survey was collected, it’s showing from now. Since we’re running behind, it looks like you have been here for a few months. 

Sorry about that. It was my mistake, and I have a solution going forward. But I made a list of everyone who should have gotten their new member content and I’ll be shipping that out this week. If you don’t have it next week, let me know. 

File Folder

I will be working the file folder this week, so keep an eye there for the next update. There are a few things that are ready to go in there, or overdue. Legends of Dsyx and the Timestamp for sure, as well as everything for Banned Books. 

Attn: $20 Patrons - Shirts

We sent out shirts last week to *almost* everyone that completed the survey. If you haven’t completed the survey and you are a $20+ supporter, please complete it so that we can make sure you get your shirt. If you did complete your survey and haven’t received your shirt yet, it’s because we were short on a few sizes and you’ll be in the next batch. I ordered them about a week ago and they should be arriving soon.
