Some very important FAQ's for potential/new patrons!

Hello, new patrons or soon-to-be patrons! You might have a question or two and we'll gonna answer that. Here's a list of FAQ's that I usually get. I highly suggest you read it to understand how things work around here. So, let's begin!

Q: What kind of content do you offer?

A: Every month, I create one (1) Mini CG set and two (2) monthly CG sets. These contains drawings of characters from current and all-time popular anime, games, etc. I also give out PSD file of the artworks I create, offer commission discounts and free monthly art request for higher subscription tiers. You can check out the paid membership tiers to see which tier would you like to subscribe on.

Q: How do you send rewards? How do you select people to send rewards on?

A: I do so via private messaging. Every patron who has a current active sub will be sent a message containing the download link to the reward.

Q: I didn't receive a reward for the current month. What happened?

A: This usually happens due to declined pledges. Common reason is that you have an issue with your billing. Once it's fixed, Patreon will attempt to charge you once again and once it goes through, your name will be back on the current pledge list. You can send me a message if you missed a reward from the current month and I will send you the link to it.

Q: How do I avail of the commission discount?

A: You need to have completed AT LEAST one(1) month worth of successful pledge to able to avail the commission discount.

Q:  I am a Tier 5 patron. What are the limits on the monthly art request?

A: To avail the monthly are request, you need to have completed AT LEAST one(1) month worth of successful pledge. So again, if you just pledged today or recently this month, you'll need to wait until the next month to get it. Art request limitations will be: no more than 2-character commission, simple background only and no detailed costume like armors, fantasy costumes etc.

Q: How long do I have to wait for the free commission to get finished?

A: With the amount of work that I usually get, I usually get everything(the whole Tier 5 list) done within a span of almost the whole current month.

Q: How do I get access to previous works?

A: You have to subscribed AT LEAST two (2) months to have access to previous rewards. You can send me a DM and I'll be sending you the link.

Q: I unsubbed for a while and then resubbed again. Do I still have access to the previous works?

A: If you unsub your sub count will RESET. When you resub you'll have to again accumulate at least 2 months worth of sub to get access to previous works.

Q: How do I contact you/ How often do you respond to questions?

A: You simply need to send me a private message and I'll try to answer as fast as I can. However, since I only check my PM's every time I have a new content to post, replies will take quite a while.

Q: How can I contact you quickly then?

A: You can contact me quicker via Discord since I'm in there almost 24/7. You can also reach me via my other social medias like Twitter/DeviantArt as well since I'm also in there most of the time.

Q: Do you have your own Discord channel?

A: Yes I do! You can send me questions/inquiries there and I can respond much quicker. The Discord channel is actually linked to my Patreon page so you'll be automatically prompted to join if you also have an account there. But if for some reason you missed that part, you can send me a PM to get an invite. It's much easier to contact to me there if you have questions and requests since I'm online almost every day. There's also a growing number of members there to talk to. So come join us!
