You have your Villainess reincarnation trope, villainess being the bully of the 'main character' of the story/game of the universe, often set in a fantasy aristocratic theme. Combine that with your late 40's nerdy dad, who is now reborn in this universe as the 'villain' (blonde girl) but he can't help still being a kind person of society and caring father while trying to play up the role of the villain. It's just a fun comedy.
