I've experienced 'land legs' once before after spending a few days on a ship, it was a weird experience because you still felt the sway while standing still, and each step you'd feel your balance shift.

This anime is an example of quality over quantity in its execution, any other anime could have added filler content and we would already have 2 seasons, the first ending when the girls leave Japan and the second being this arc. I love that during the scenes when the girls are sea-sick the backgrounds have a very pronounced rocking effect. The insert song you hear during the final cutscene is "One Step" and is sung by the four main VAs.
