Just a small thing :) Ear-Cleaning is a intimate ritual in Japan usually reserved for a Married Couple, they don't use these q-tips with fluffy things but like a wooden scraper or some sorts? Either way it is meant as an intimate and trusting act between two people that are really close with each other in a show of caring and mutual understanding, which is why Shirogane wanted the two to do it as a sign for them to be good with each other. About Hayasaka and if she is a good "actor" i remember you on a earlier episode, where it was specifically mentioned that she "lies as easily as she breathes"
