oh damn, didn't expect you to check these out so soon, hell yeah! quick note, you did get almost all the openings right, except that the last one was actually the 7th ENDING, but hey! they're just as lovely so i'd recommend those as well (plus the 7th opening that you missed, it should be the first one that comes up if you search "natsume yuujinchou opening 7" on youtube. otherwise here's just the long title of the video: TVアニメ「夏目友人帳 漆」ノンクレジットオープニング映像 | 柏木ひなた「Alca」 ) so, without giving too much away, natsume yuujinchou is a slice of life anime with supernatural elements (and actually no romance! at least nothing involving the main character), centered around a boy named natsume who's been able to see spirits/youkai ever since he was a child. the series is mainly a compilation of many shorter stories involving tons of different lovable characters, and you basically follow natsume trying to navigate through both the human and non-human realm, while learning more and more about his personality, his past and struggles and the way he grows over time. i've rewatched this anime multiple times by now, and it's most definitely one of my all-time favorites, with natsume being one of my all time favorite protagonists! natsume yuujinchou at its core is a very simple but impactful show, and in my opinion, the very definition of "bittersweet". the very first episode already gives you an exact idea of what you're in for, so i can't recommend it enough!

And this Picture at 12:34 is my absolute favorite and i have it everywhere (wall, laptop, phonecase). Before I go into more little facts and stuff I wanna try to convince you to watch it with this statement: "If you could watch one last show before you die / On your death bed, which would it be?" my answer forever will be Nyatsume~ <3 I love it so much! As you have guessed from the Nostalgic feeling of the OPs, it's has a very nostalgic and beautiful feeling to it. Every single episode is just sooo satisfying, true bliss. I'd put Slice of Life, Mystery and Supernatural genre/tags on it, and it is a Shoujo, but there is no romance genre in it. It could also be described as a slowburn coming of age with supernatural aspects. All the "creatures" you see, are "Yokai" The first season of Nyatsume aired roughly 15y ago. There were lots of breaks between seasons, lot's of studio changes - this year it finally got it's seventh season (the seasons are named with the full words in japanese for first second third etc) So from season to season you will see the quality improve and maybe slight changes to the artstyle itself. A lot of people don't give this a chance, for most people don't like "calm" things where "Nothing rly happens" (even tho a lot happens, it's just not thrilling or deadly or crazy, like battle shounen or so), as it focuses more on relationships and character development with some mystery stuff happening too. So I don't know a single person who is not a "Battle shounen only"-andy, who has watched it, who doesnt like it. it's one of those shows. I rly rly hope you will watch it! it would be amazing! <3 so recommendation along those lines The Endings of it next. The visuals are always adorable (ofc the music is great)
